Responsibilities

This is a hybrid role. You will need to be an assertive and effective top-of funnel BDR, finding and doing cold outreach to prospects that you identify and qualify. However, you will also play the role of account executive, doing initial sales presentations and following/nurturing leads through the sales funnel to closing the deal. You will have support from the CEO as needed to close deals. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to grow into a management position of a small BDR team.

 

  • Identify and qualify new leads using outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn) and other tools that target our ideal buyer personas.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with prospects from the top of the funnel through signed contract, onboarding, and renewal
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Design, develop, and execute sales campaigns that result in increased sales and revenue
  • Create and implement a schedule for lead gen activities that allows you to meet and exceed activity metrics
  • Document all activities within our Hubspot CRM
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Present sales presentation and demos via Zoom to qualified prospects
  • Be knowledgeable about our products
  • Emphasize features, benefits, and functionality and highlight how they solve customer problems. 
  • Answer prospect questions
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales proposals and agreements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales 
  • A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • Self-directed, able to work with a sense of urgency and deliver projects on time and with attention to detail. 
  • Enthusiastic, customer-centric, with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build thriving relationships  
  • Customer service skills: friendly, able to listen to customer concerns and address their needs
  • Experience with keeping detailed records (we use Hubspot CRM)
  • Confidence and initiative to succeed in cold-calling customers and maintaining contact over long sales cycles

Location
